Reconciliation compares the registry ledger against registry · KRX · verifier source records and isolates mismatches as DISPUTED while preserving append-only audit history. The current source adapter is a mock with one synthetic mismatch to demonstrate the isolation path; live institutional API integration will be added in the Phase 3 pilot.
